A five day course designed to focus on the fundamentals of Siemens Simatic APT (Application Productivity Tool) specifically covering APT programming language. 

Course Objectives:

At the end of the course, students will be able to...

  • Design and Write basic APT Application programs and understand their structure.
  • Trouble Shoot hardware & software Siemens Simatic TI PLC systems.
  • Involve participants in workshops, designed to develop their own applications and advance their existing APT programming skills.

  • Intending, new or recent users of Siemens Simatic TI range of PLCs.
  • Individuals who have responsibility for maintaining, trouble shooting and developing in-house Siemens Simatic APT applications.

Course Prerequisites:

No prior use or knowledge of APT is necessary, but the Siemens Simatic APT Level 1 assumes that students are able to operate a keyboard and have PC computer skills.
